BEP Research is the publication and website brand operated by SIEMAK LLC, doing business as BEP Holdings. We publish analysis of AI models, infrastructure, and their economics. These disclosures explain the scope and limitations of that work and the use of BEP content.
Research and decisions
Public articles, videos, datasets, indices, and calculators provide general information. They do not take account of an individual reader’s objectives, financial circumstances, or tax position. A publication or dashboard does not establish an advisory relationship or constitute an offer to participate in an investment. Readers are responsible for evaluating the relevance of the research to their circumstances and obtaining appropriate professional advice.
Sources, models, and uncertainty
Research may combine company disclosures, third-party observations, technical specifications, estimates, and scenarios. Source dates, units, assumptions, and coverage limitations matter. A modeled margin is not an audited company margin; a listed price is not necessarily a transacted price; an index is not an investable portfolio. Projections and hypothetical results are not promises of future performance. Data and interpretations may change, and errors or interruptions remain possible. No particular investment result, continuous availability, or universal fitness for a reader’s purpose is promised. Please send suspected errors to [email protected].
Interests and relationships
Contributors may hold investments or have business relationships relevant to subjects discussed. Readers should consult disclosures accompanying specific work and ask about material interests where relevant. Mentioning a company does not by itself imply its endorsement or sponsorship of BEP. Sponsored work and commercial engagements require disclosures appropriate to the particular arrangement.
Subscriptions and client services
BEP newsletter subscriptions are processed through Substack. The price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms presented in the applicable checkout and subscription agreement govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. This page does not replace those terms or remove statutory rights. Access to subscriber tools depends on the subscription or access arrangement purchased. Institutional research, private briefings, and advisory projects may have separately agreed scopes, deliverables, and fees; a signed service agreement governs that engagement.
SPVs and investment opportunities
Research subscriptions are separate from any BEP Holdings syndicate or special-purpose investment vehicle. Eligibility, risks, fees, conflicts, and participation in a particular vehicle must be assessed using its own offering documents and agreements. Website descriptions do not substitute for those documents, establish eligibility, or guarantee access or returns.
Content and account use
BEP and its contributors retain their respective rights in original material. Linking to public work and lawful quotation, criticism, and other permitted uses remain available. A subscription does not automatically grant redistribution, resale, shared-account, or commercial data-licensing rights. Request permission for uses beyond the purchased license or applicable legal exceptions. Respect access controls and third-party source licenses; do not interfere with the service. Publicly available content is not designated confidential merely because BEP published it.
Rights, changes, and contact
Nothing in these disclosures excludes a right, remedy, responsibility, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Any additional contractual limitations require clear agreement and applicable legal review. Updated research or disclosures should be read with their stated dates; a revision does not silently rewrite an existing signed agreement.
